Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED & be at least 18 years of age. Responsible for providing service to customers over the telephone. Requires the ability to research account information on the computer & perform data entry. Answer INBOUND customer service calls. Answer the phone for telephone customers in many states all over the country. These are full-time positions. Beginning pay is $9.00/hr. during 5 week training period.
